pump.fun Fee Sharing, Reverse Engineered

@usedivvy
Launch app

Up to 10 shareholders.

One creator fee, split by basis points,
frozen at launch, readable by anyone.
Shareholder { address, share_bps }
is pump.fun's own program word.

Creator Fees, Split By Basis Points. Frozen.

You pick up to 10 wallets and their cut of a coin's creator fee. The split goes into the coin's Arweave metadata at launch and stays there.

Memecoin fee splits. Nothing more.

Raydium LaunchLab
pump.fun keeps the split in a program account called SharingConfig. We read a community reconstruction of its programs and rebuilt the mechanic on Raydium. Every row of the Reverse engineered page links the file we read.

admin_revoked = true.

From Block One.

On pump.fun, update_fee_shares can replace the split once, then admin_revoked flips and it stays. Here nobody holds an admin key at all.

We freezepublishpay the split by the same rules.

At most 10 wallets, sum == 10_000, no duplicates, no zero shares. Any wallet or tool can read the split back from the coin's metadata.

Every split adds up to exactly this: sum == 10_000 basis points, or the launch button stays blocked

Shareholders on one coin at most: shares.len() <= 10 in pump.fun's program, and in checkShares here

What pump.fun Keeps In A Program, We Freeze In A File. The JSON sits on Arweave, the coin's metadata points at it, and LaunchLab mints that metadata immutable.

From Split to Payout.

Set once at launch. No admin, no update call, nothing to revoke.
Open the metadata JSON. The split sits under extensions.shares in plain text.
The creator presses Claim and split. Until then the fees wait in the vault.
LaunchLab keeps one fee vault per creator wallet. A claim pays out all of it.

On pump.fun

update_fee_shares can replace the list once, then sets admin_revoked = true.
SharingConfig is an account at a PDA. You decode it to read the shareholders.
distribute_creator_fees needs no signature from the creator. Anyone can run it.
The creator-vault belongs to the coin's SharingConfig, so each coin has its own.

It Is Open. Any Solana wallet can launch a coin here and split its creator fee. No list, no approval, no account.

A shareholder here is a wallet and a number of basis points. pump.fun's program calls it Shareholder and we kept the word. It covers a cut of one memecoin's creator fee and nothing else.

No equity, no dividends, no promised return.

In a split, the creator presses the button, every wallet is paid in one transaction, and every payment carries a Solscan link.

Fees exist only if people trade the coin. The creator fee on this platform is 0.05% per trade.
